How do I take BossBiotics? Savor one tablet in your mouth 1–2 times a day, ideally right after brushing your teeth at night. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterward to let the beneficial bacteria colonize your mouth. If you're taking antibiotics, wait 2–3 hours after your last antibiotic dose of the day before taking BossBiotics.
When should I take BossBiotics? For best results, take BossBiotics right after brushing your teeth at night, so the strains start on a clean surface. You can take an additional tablet in the morning if you like — just keep it 2–3 hours before your next antibiotic dose (if applicable).
