Shipping policy

Shipping Locations Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days of the original order date, unless otherwise communicated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times & Costs Shipping times vary based on your location within the U.S. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages Boss Oral Health LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot provide replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. For any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
